Does anyone know how The Primal Order touches on this?

So I look on Drivethru and the Complete Quintessential Bundle doesn't have the Quintessential Fighter or the Quintessential Monk. What gives? Were the files lost in a house fire? Does Fighter II supercede the original? What is going on?
