I had a look, it does seem like a thin edge that could cause issues. I'm thinking along the lines of grafting the underside together with tin foil and epoxy which would work, I think.

I think I'll have to. On the upside, the resin C8 is actually brilliant. There's a bubble on brow of the head which is easily fixed. What is amazing is once I removed the injection points the warp nacelles are so well fitting that they stay put hanging there without glue. Amazing stuff. I'll...

At first glance all the warp nacelle castings are fine, it's the main ship hulls, mostly distorted right sides of the engineering module and two are affected terribly by frothiness on the rear impulse detail to the point where half is just metal bubbles. I was aware the resin ones had issues so...

I hate my first post on here to be negative but just how prevalent are miscasts in this range? I've received a Klingon squadron box and to say I'm heart sunk disappointed is an understatement.
