Hi, Over the years I've purchased a heap of Mongoose PDF's from DrivethruRPG.com (mostly Traveller). I noticed in the last State of Mongoose posting in December Matthew stated that they were working on getting all the PDF's on DTRPG would be updated to make sure they were all bookmarked...

I just went and downloaded my purchases from DriveThruRPG (to make sure I have the latest versions) and the following are secure and have no bookmarks: Core Rulebook Traders and Gunboats Psion Spinwards Marches Darrians Zhodani Fighting Ships High Guard Sector Fleet CSC was bookmarked If...

Eagerly awaiting an android release as well. I doubt my kids will let me steal their ipods or iphones long enough to play this. :?

I have to concur with the lack of bookmarks in many of the pdf's. I just bought Darrians a couple of days ago, and it wasn't bookmarked (and is secure so I can't add my own). I haven't re-downloaded any of my older pdf's but of those, the majority are secure and lack bookmarks...

I understand your concerns but given the above scenario, shouldn't you be effectively impossible to hit? A crack shot marksman in ideal circumstances may have a chance, but in that position you should be safe from fire, at least in my humble opinion.

:oops: Sorry about that, my eyes saw bookmarked and my brain read watermarked. Even down to repeating the word....

PDF's bought through DriveThruRPG.com are usually bookmarked with the buyer's name and the order number of the purchase in the bottom left corner of the page. It's unobtrusive and not even visible on white pages.

I'll be (not so) patiently waiting for the Android version....

I don't know if anyone here has ever played Starfire, but there are some really nice nasties hidden away in the fluff/rules that would make scary adversaries. The "bugs", or Arachnid Omnivoracity would be a major problem. Imagine hiver-like beings that are a real hive/group mind and exist only...

I just had a look at the preview, and can it be confirmed that the final PDF will have the same grey background? That's going to be a bitch to print out. :?
