Phew! Just read 13 pages of posts on this. Testing out the excellent combat calculator above, the system is broken (as you've all posted ad nausem) Some suggestions: Only use the halving rule when both sides have skills over 100%, and apply to both the attack roll and the opposed (parry/dodge)...
