I agree with this. Picking a specific retro vibe and going with it would be cooler than trying to update it. Fallout and any number of video games (Bioshock) have traded successfully on that.

Are you planning to sync up any releases or make a special push on Judge Dredd when the new movie comes out in early 2012? I know that's a way out to plan but it may help the "no one in the US has heard of him" factor significantly.
