Pinnacle does allow people to license their game engine. I'm not sure what the agreement entails, but I'm told they offer very reasonable terms.

I would like to see a Savage Worlds version of Conan! I'm sorry, but I just can't get past the ponderous nature of combat in the d20/OGL game systems. To me, Conan should play like the Savage Worlds slogan...Fast! Furious! Fun! I'm certain people will disagree, but there it is.
