    For some reason I just got a second copy of both book 8 and 9. Were there replacements shipped out, or is this a mistake?

    Order taking forever?

    I got Books 2, 3 and 4 a two weeks ago, but I am still missing book 1. If I understand correctly, it should have arrived previously, shouldn't it?
