Just as a recommendation... I'm starting the third book of "The Deer and the Cauldron" by Louis Cha... amply recommended for any Monkey lover. There are no monkeys, but Trinket more than fills the shoes :)

Well, if it were up to me, I'd already be working on it. (although I am already kicking around several ideas as I work my way through Romance of the Three Kingdoms...)

To my defence, I designed the rules with a big book on aircarft technical readouts and access to a real fighter pilot trainee :) Which is a construct to reflect the complicated interaction of thrust, lift, drag and gravity; basically, the lower you fly an aircraft, the more likely you're going...

I haven't seen Monkey, but I'm watching Legend of Condor Heroes (both anime and live versions) and would be first to volunteer to write such a project if we ever decided to do it :)

While not going full into deep space colonisation, High Frontier describes the beginning of the deep space race in the world of Armageddon, including the different national and corporate interests in space and the solar system and, since the aerospace vehicle creation rules are fully compatible...
