Can MGP create new stuff for the JDMG game that has not been seen or mention in Dredd comics.. Example, expanding the "Judges of the World " and making real force lists options for them?

The house rule that we use is, if you cause a knockback on a vehicle it counts as a critical instead.

I do know that the Romulan, Federation, Klingon and Gorn are all available on DriveThrurpg.com as pdf files to be bought and downloaded.. (I got them all, they look great and the federation has been updated for free once already). But as for MGP making a physical deck of cards nothing has gone...
