Starting with Dilgar

Can anyone of the more experienced players help a noob like me, what to get with Dilgar, to build a decent fleet? I got my hands on a few ships by now. 5 Targraths 2 Ochlaviata 2 Rhorik 1 Garasoch + some fligths of fiters Any help would be welcome.
