Sorry, quick update! Viewing the same file in Chrome's PDF reader appears to take care of the issue. So perhaps Adobe Reader is performing some kind of font substitution shenanigans? Has anyone else seen that before? The text renders fine in Chrome, looks like ass in Reader. :?:

I just downloaded my copy, thanks! UPDATE: the problem I am noting in this post appears to be an artifact of text rendering in Adobe Reader on my PC. Text reads fine in Chrome on the same system, frex. Did y'all change away from your usual Traveller typeface for this product? It appears so...
