OK - history lesson. Bear with me here... Back in the eighties when DW was first published, Knights, Barbarians, Mystics, Sorcerers were defined in books 1-2. Assassins, Elementalists and Warlocks were added later on, in books 4-6. Both the Assassin and Warlock received progressive skill systems...

Absolutely - many campaigns. DW is a complete RPG with tons of extra material available on the interwebs.

DW play reports and actual play recordings are a great idea. I'm looking forward to the report.

It would definitely be helpful to share the screen by uploading it to the DragWars Yahoo Group.

In From The Cold is going to be great. But while we wait... Magnum Opus are releasing a brand-new adventure very soon - within days in fact - and it's called "Fury of the Deep"!

Excellent review, Sean. More DW book reviews please! :D BTW. I hate to nitpick a glowing review, but... to clarify, Mongoose only print & distribute DW. The organisation that writes DW is actually Magnum Opus Press - an entirely independant company. :wink:

I collected all the original DW books way back in the eighties/nineties!

Now that Friends or Foes is in the shops, I thought I'd kick this thread back into life. What are your thoughts about FOF?
