For most fantasy worlds, I tend to think of level demographics in exponential terms. IE. For every level 20, there are 2 level 19, 4 level 18, 8 level 17, 16 level 16s and so on. So if you build a full reverse level demographic list, it would be something like: 20th 1 19th 2 18th 4 17th...
