I'm sort of on the edge of preordering/waiting to pick up a copy at my local store, and the deciding factor is the availability of the Gentlemen's edition. Are they all claimed at this point, or are there still any left if I preorder now?

P. 327 In the description of Vampires: "A vampire retains all the attacks of the base creature and also gains a slam attack if it didn't already have one." The question is, where can I find a description of the "slam attack?" I've scanned over the Combat and Bestiary sections several times...
