[Long][House Rule] On the use of OGL Horror's Ties in Conan

Another useful 'forced' roleplay tool I have found is the Hubris/Flaw rules from 7th Sea D20 (Swashbuckling Adventures). You pick a Hubris/Flaw and once per game the DM or another player can call your Hubris/Flaw into effect. The players who take one end up with a bonus feat, while the GM ends...

Massive Damage & Maximum Hit Dice

I personally just boost the threshold by 20 pts for each size category up of an opponent (and reduce it by 1/2 for each successive smaller size...i.e. a pixie getting hit by a war spear = dead pixie on a stick). Another option would be to give a size modifier to the massive damage threshold...

    Crimson Mist

Thanks for the insights. I hadn't even considered that HP's past 10th level might change. That's a good answer to a poorly worded ability. +6 Str, +4 Con, +3 Will, +1.5 HP past 11th level. Appreciate it, John

    Crimson Mist

I have a question in regards to the Crimson Mist ability. It indicates that it replicates the effects of the Fighting Madness Feat (+4 Str, +4 Con, etc). However, at higher levels it indicates that the Str bonus increases to +6 _AND_ the HP bonus goes to 1.5 per level. My question is should...

    Devastating Sweep

This Combat Maneuver references having Whirlwind Attack as a prereq, but Whirlwind Attack is not included in the Feats section. Was this intentional and the maneuver supposed to be removed as well, or is the feat missing?
