    Age of Treason on RPOL

What is it with all the money grubbing plebs? But it is true a man in my position should have a few henchmen. I decided to leave those I had with my sisters, their well being, dignity and comforts overriding my own of course.

    Age of Treason on RPOL

Tempting, tempting. But I don't want any of your filthy sorcery polluting my purity.

    Age of Treason on RPOL

Oh noes. I know who'd be the prime target for "kill him and take all his stuff" I'm the Korantine Noble, with lots of money and no martial skills to speak of.

    Equipment in Legend

Simulacrum's suggestion is the way I'd prefer to see it.

    Averrunci

Well, I for one would love to play in that game. Already joined Old Timer's.

    Third Age Lunar Magic

The fanzine Rule One had an article by Chris Bell dealing with just this. http://ruleonemagazine.com/Iss10/LunarMagic.php

How does this book differ from the MRQ2 version, apart from incorporating the errata?

    Cost of living/downtime

Wouldn't some of these professions, such as the maid servant, also get room and board?

    Legend Unveiled

Well, RQ has seen the end of many legs (and arms) in it's long history, so that bit sounds appropriate at least.

    RuneQuest 6

It does, yes. 1st ed Drakar och Demoner was a (horrible) translation of Chaosium's BRP booklet that came with a lot of their games at that time and the Fantasy World book from Worlds of Wonder. I only played the first two editions, but it saw a lot change over time, even moving to a D20 instead...

    RuneQuest 6

We had our own rather small circle that didn't mix too much with other groups. Some of us got Drakar och Demoner when it came out, but for one short campaign I ran we prefered RQ. It was mostly AD&D or RQ, but then we cut our teeth on American games.

    RuneQuest 6

I play in two BRP games on RPG.net and half the players seem to Aussies, and I've played with others in other games, including one IRC game with people on three continents (that didn't work out in the end though). Most seem to be in the 40+ age group, but that doesn't seem atypical of BRP fans...

    RuneQuest 6

For what it's worth, Australia does seem to have a strong presence on-line when it comes to BRP/RQ. Well, that's my impression anyway. :)
