The Prefect has higher hull so it ought to last longer. My Sulust's interceptors tend to get depleted real fast with crappy weapons and let the missles right through. I think over the course of the game hull 6 works better.

With SFOS stats the Prefect and Dargan are arguably as good or better and with the tournament lists I'd a Dargan or a Centurion are just as good as well.

I think the crits are just a little bit too much. The Crit tables always keep me from taking ships above priority level and make me cringe whenever I take ships at priority level. Two ships below priority are much less vulnerable to crits than one ship at priority and you don't loose much...
The Sagittarius needs to be updated if it's going to stay at skirmish. I'd drop 1 AD off of the port and starboard arcs and either lower the hull to 4 or drop some damage and crew.
