TravellerMap went live 20 years ago, 23 April 2005. It didn't have a domain name until a few months later, but the basic functionality was there. Here's a brief history I wrote up for the 10th anniversary:

Not much has changed...
I'm being dumb... I'm not seeing a new map file in my DT updates. Looks like the two new books and five new maps, but not this sixth map. Something wonky just for me?
An excellent OTU setting explanation was included as an insert in the later editions of the GDW Imperium board game, maybe 8 pages long. This text was re-used in the GURPS Traveller core rulebook in sidebars, which is where I first encountered it.
Perhaps that could be dusted off and released...

Re: TravellerMap - it predates Mongoose's license and publications; I started the site in 2005! It doesn't include the Ht/Lt codes; it adheres to the T5 trade code definitions. I have it on my to-do list to incorporate those since it comes up frequently.
https://logofthegrayswandir.com/ is an (unfinished) serialized story set primarily in the Adar and Tilanke subsectors, at the start of the Rebellion. Lots of nice world details and political machinations.
