Thanks. Second part of question: I have heard that some players are using a house rule for triple aircraft damage so that aircraft pack more of a punch closer to true life capabilities - any comments?

Are there rules for scout float planes such as those carried on Japanese and American cruisers and battleships? Also, I have read that aircraft in this game are underpowered as compared to their real life capabilities when attacking ships. What are your comments? I am really considering picking...
