So when I ordered D&L (along with Crusade) just before it came out, I got an email saying D&L was out of stock. I got crusade a couple of days later. Is D&L back "in stock" yet? PS: I'll third (or fourth, or whatever) the call for a "First Ones" book. And probably the "Thirdspace" book as...

Given the sheer amount of human apathy I see, I'd guess the question would be "Why should I care?"
