True. To be honest a level 1 teep really has just qualified from high school telepathy wise. Certainly any commercial telepath should be at least level 4 (surface scan and deep scan) and talia had to be at least level 6 in series 1 (also had pain if i remember correctly). This is where 2ed...
Well yes i would imagine that the ability focus feat will remain or at least some equivelent will exist, but from reading S&P27 it seemed to suggest that abilities now won't have to be bought seperately. I suppose ability focus might cover it, after all a guy whose more likely to suceed on the...
Just read the 2ed preview sounds good. I like what you've done with telepathy but one thing that wasn't mentioned was telepathic defence, will this still be handled with a will save, does p rating in any way effect defence? also although the idea of every telepath having access to basic...
I imagine for somewhere like babylon 5 where resources are limited and a certain amount of self sufficiency is called for then salvage would almost certainly happen, especially as having lots of debris floating around the station would be dangerous to incoming ships and the station itself...
Well i was thinking of the gaim that protect the queen that are multlimbed and equiped with claws. I can't recall if they have moveable appendages, but from the descriptions i don't think gun training was high on the list of priorities. But it's not just the gaim in theory other more primitive...
Well maybe if i can pick it up "cheap as chips bargain hunters" then i'll give it a go but it's not on the top of my list. Think i'd much rather save my cash for 2nd ed + far too many other dvd's I need to get hold of.
Firstly I'd like to say there are a huge amount of things I think the guys and gals at mongoose got right with Bab 5 and it's very rare for a RP product to be flawless in its first edition that's why XX editions are usually needed (not for more money, honest guv :D)
Still of the occasional...
For me the key to any class should be flexibility allowing the classes to represent the broadest range of types. For example we almost never see minbari / rangers using ranged weaponry, much prefering close quarter combat (indeed this was true for the majority of the series, when ranged combat...
Well one thing i didn't like about the old season guide books was having the rules info spread across episode descriptions rather then organised into sections in the back of the book (though the index of rules in i think season 4 book was nice) also bugged me about the psi corp book having...
Well I already own the main five season boxsets and the pilot + in the begining region 2 but i need to get the movie boxset region 1 as it has pilot + ITB with commentaries and I just have to listen to everything JMS has to say about the series. Not so fussed about crusade ( could have been a...
