I guess that pre-generating notes for players before the mission and handing them out at opportune moments would be suitably Paranoia. Especially if the players make choices or take actions that render your notes moot. Simply handing the players the pre-written notes which references the choices...

I find this version of the game so depressing. I purchased a game that basically says, "Just make stuff up". I could have done that myself and saved the price of the kickstarter. Sorry to be negative, but I has hoping for a game with a fun setting backed up by some elegant and inventive design...

@Shai, thanks for some good solid advice. I feel that the book rather leaves novice GM's all at sea; especially as it effectively says, "Make stuff up", rather rendering the rules a bit moot.
