    Earthforce reference to reducing DR?

    page 120 of Earthforce fact book states that, basicly Railguns and Blast cannons ignore DR. And Damage from Railguns and Blast Cannons do not count towards reducing a target's DR for the purposes of any other in the same combat round, and does not actually lower the DR permanently like some...
