Any word on when/if books 3 and 4 will be republished error-free? I have the first 2 books already but decided to hold off on ordering any more untill the quality issues were fixed. Thanks.

Not sure who I should address this to. I received a package from Mongoose in my mailbox today but when I opened it up I found I had been sent a 2nd copy of FFtD instead of FotW. How do I go about returning this in exchange for the book that I ordered?
