Jihary, It is a MS Word template. The easiest way to activate it is to right click on it and select new from the pop up list. You must, of course, have MS Word installed (Version 2000) and later. You may get a message warning about viruses when it opens, you can ignore this as it is default...

Good decision IMHO. I would hate to see a squadron of 4 Iowa’s have a turn before an opponent got to fire a unit off. That could make the opponents day very unpleasant!!

I thought that replacing one or 2 of the US ships with an Iowa or two would do the trick as well.

If you are playing say a War level game, is it legit to select a Skirmish or Patrol level unit? If it is, can you still only select one unit lower then the current priority level of the game, and 2 other units of any other priority level 2 or lower then the game level? Hope this makes sense...
