Using Conan RPG in Judge's Guild Wilderlands setting.
I made some house rules, but for the most part just converted the existing cultures using Conan-like races. NPCs are pretty easy to convert.
What is your program? Most every app I've seen has generic enough support of d20 that you could pull off a Conan game. I mean all you need is to roll dice, show maps and move minis, right? Templates and macros are nice, but not essential. Fantasy Grounds 2 is nice and so is OpenRPG.
I think Black Colossus has the best potential for being made into a feature.
Sinister tomb-raiderish intro bit of foreshadowing with the thief opening the tomb etc.

I ran the Black Stones module out of Zothay with the Mountains of the Erad Perek and an Altanian village but substituted a Cthuloid black spawn for the stones. It had my characters freaking out.
Also a BIG fan of the Wilderlands. I ran a play by post game using the Wilderlands w/ Conan RPG rules for over a year and it was very fitting (and fun).
My next campaign is a return to that setting and rules. I'm adapting Trial of Blood as well as some of Thulsa's adventures for the Wilderlands...
I prefer the digital - but that's because I like to change things. That said I was glad to pick up a copy of both Messantia and Shadizar for $5/ea even though I had already purchased the PDFs on RPGNow.
