Is that definite? It seems to me, looking at the new rulebook, that there are differences between a Shoot (or Melee) attack and an "opposed check", where 10's are an auto success. For one thing, if there's a tie on an opposed check, both sides re-roll. On an attack, the defender wins ties...

I'm now the proud owner of a brand spanking new Manta Prowl Tank, which was the prize from the first Dredd tournament. Must say I'm thrilled with it! Solid resin model, lots of fine detail, and it fits together nicely. Needs a tiny bit of filing to fit perfectly, but you'd expect that. Also...

Thanks again to everyone involved - met a whole bunch of great people and had a blast. Spent the rest of the evening unable to get my brain to function on any level that didn't involve models and stats... Can't believe the prize was a Manta Tank! Awesome beyond words.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Mongoose and all the players for a hugely fun tournament. I honestly can't imagine a tournament run in a more friendly, good-natured environment - it was more like a local club meet up than anything. Met a bunch of great people and had a fantastic time!
