hopefully it gets added to the FAQ

So according to the rulebook fires are put out on a score of 7+ but the new FAQ says a score that exceeds 7. is this a typo or has putting out fires just gotten a bit harder? this would definitely start to put that crew score a bit more into play.

a couple of people have mentioned this but can we get a sticky thread for questions? something like the BFE section has would be great. we have to threads going now with questions and i'd hate to see one get missed. if you're wondering, both of the FAQ threads have spurred questions.

being one of the biggest complainers around her let me say ... wait for it ... thanks! this is much better than the initial draft and was posted quicker than i had hoped for!

smoke... rule as written states lay the template down and then move the ship. this creates a big open space between the template and the ship after movement is done. is that what was intended?

how about an example of how radar is supposed to work? maybe drawn out over a couple of simulated game turns if nescessary?

what happens when a IJN ship launces a long lance attack against a ship that is 19 inches away on turn 1 but on turn 2 the ships have moved further apart and they are now say 24 inches apart? does the attack still happen or does it miss?

well at least movement is clear cut now. radar is still a bit of a mystery to me though.

go read the rules again? id love to see anything that says you can out distance a LL torp shot. being able to do this complicates things too since now you need to try and remember where the torp was fired from to track total distace moved.
