As a fan of multiple games/publishers, Mongoose is downright prolific. Delays happen to everyone (unless maybe they don't care about quality), but getting 4+ books a year is a luxury not enjoyed by fans of a lot of other RPGs.

I tried to look around a bit to find it, but came up empty: what IS Cluster Truck?

I think the "updates" are just the index being added to your downloads for each issue.
