I updated the downloadable file in the article. - The doctor has his 75% First Aid, CA and Strike Rank updated - The City Guard skills now appear properly. Also, his DEX became avarage. (11) An extended NPC list will be availabe in 1-2 weeks.

Oops, those are some editing errors, I will put up an updated versions in a maximum of 48 hours. Sorry, i somehow missed these errors before posting. :) (The Doctor has exactly 75% First Aid, and of course the City Guard should have a different skill set)
