The ancient king of Numidia, Massinissa, lived into his 90's and died leading his troops into battle. He also fathered children at that late age. He lived during the last two Punic Wars.
I wouldn't buy it as a generic system. At this point, I'm only interested in more sourcebooks for geographic locations (e.g. Turan, Vendhya...). There are enough rules in the Conan D20 system already.
Two good references for medicine in past times are:
Hildegard of Bingen's Medicine. This would be a good reference for Aquilonia and other 'Dark Ages European" cultures.
The Healing Hand, by Guido Manjo deals with the healing of traumatic injuries from the dawn of man through the Middle Ages...
"Very cool. Now we will need the Kane supplement to Conan RPG"

I prefer to design and run my own stuff. However, I do look at them when I get them. I won't pay full price for them, so I check out Convention flea markets for them. I use them for NPC's, monsters and treasure. Occasionally, I'll run one at a convention.
In Cities of Hyboria, mention is made of Jaguar-Men. No stats are given. I suppose one could use a were-creature template, but maybe there are better ideas. Has anyone found any info on them, or used them yet?
