I'm looking at the book and see "Starports are rated from A to E. To determine the level of a starport on a planet, roll 2d6" The first option is 2 or less. With out adding or subtracting anything to the 2d6 roll how would I get "or less"? I'm assuming something should be adding or...

I'm curious on how the fighters and carriers work in the game, I'm intrigued as it sounds the fleet boxes are fairly standard and balanced as is, just curious how fighters work and if they're really needed for "fun".

Out of curiousity, what is an "average" size game compared to what you get in the fleet boxes?
