    I'm new to the forum, so hello everyone. Getting back to the the original topic, a few observations: Earth has a TL of 9. Centauri Prime has a TL of 10. Minbar has a TL of 11 and Nar'shal has a TL of 9. It would be logical to assume that the homeworld would have the highest TL of the race...
