Downloaded the PDF a few days back via the mongoose 50% ebook sale. The PDF is missing the front and back cover Is this a known problem Or is this just me?

I ordred Redux Redux from a German online retailer. Is Materials Treacherously Deleted available free if I provide proof of purchase? Or is MTD also no longer available?
