Thanks guys! 8)
As mentioned by basaint: a centurion nose on a maximus. As I prefer fa-scale models for the centurion and maximus I had no more use for the b5w-scale models I bought before. So I cut them to pieces and tried to reconfigure...
Some reinforcements for my centauri fleet:
The main fleet (in case you missed that posting a long time ago...)
Some more detail shots here.

Hmm :? . Probably you are right. There was just a slight hope that there could be a future for some of the not-warner-bros-designs. Gaim, Abbai, Pak'ma'ra...
Just out of curiosity: what happened to the gaim models? IWM doesn't seem to sell them although the moulds where new and not worn out I guess.

Anyway I see your point and I really like your suggestion (BTW this kind...
Bought some vree, gaim and ipsha in the recent 'going-out-of-business sale' to build a LONAW fleet together with the (few) brakiri I already own. Just because I really like the idea of a mixed combined fleet and I am getting bored when I have to paint too many ships of the same kind.
With the...
Thanks for the kind words guys - feels good!
I don't know exactly what technique Court Jester is using (love his Minbari btw) but 'multiple layers technique' sounds like similar techniques: I used three layers for highlighting (so called 'Foundry style' afaik), additionally toning...
