For the Weapon Implant. It says that to upgrade the weapon with one of a similar size it is, "At a cost of 5 times the base cost in addition to the cost of the standard implant." Is the 5 times the base cost the base cost of the weapon you are implanting, or the implant itself? Would upgrading...
