Technical: Add redirect page?

I used to have a memory that was the next best thing to photographic. However, I can't seem to remember that it's forum, singular, and not forums, plural, when typing the URI for the forums. When I type 'forums', I get directed to a "powder blue" page; why not set it up so that that page does an automatic redirect to forum?
