What does DD mean in 2e?
I was wondering, what does DD mean in the new Core Rulebook? Is it the same as 1e's D66?

In reference to damage?
If so, it means destructive. Multiply the die result by 10. But check the rules for scales and effect.

I'll have a check and get back to you.
If anyone can provide the book page where the term DD is defined, that would be great.

My Traveller Calculator app (if I remember) had a certain way of adding the Effect to a DD or not at all. But most of the time there was a x10 involved with DD rolls.
