I posted this one Evo. But, I'll do so here also.

Presently when a unit leader is removed, the unit loses two actions to replace him. While that is all and good, it doesn't reflex different troop training/Command Control/Morale. This rule variant gives a little unpredicablity to those situations.

When a Unit leader is removed roll 1D6. If the number is met or better immediately replace the unit leader with another model in the unit.

Militia N/A
All Government Troops 5+
Upgrade Government Troops to Veterans 4+ 25 pts. per unit.

Yes, I know this will strenghten Government troops vs. Militia. But, it is across the board, and shows one of the big differences between the two troops types, Command Control/Training. I purposely made the Veteran status cost the player. Sounds not too expensive, but adds up fast when fielding your troops.

I like this... makes trained troops really seem, well trained, this combined with fireteams will give them and the militia more flavour.
