OK, on pg 61 of my book it says that cover offers a penalty from 0-6. On pg 63, where cover is actually discussed the penalty seems to go from 0-4. In testing out combat one of my players had a real problem with hiding around a corner 1/4 cover offering no penalty to his attacker... It feels kind of weird to me too... I was wondering if the table was supposed to move up one and be 1-6 instead of 0-4, since that would fit the earlier cover blurb I was wondering if that was the case...

That way 1/4 cover would mean a -1 penalty... is this wrong?

Thanks

In the same paragraph about cover on page 63, it does also say that if person crouches whilst in cover, it goes up one on the chart, so 1/4 cover becomes -1. Also, you can always 'dodge' whilst in cover that also increase the minus to hit you as well.
