I've noted in the Vehicle Handbook that all "Heavy" chassis have a space size listing of 10+ or 20+. Which I interpret as meaning that such vehicles can have any number of space as long as they're at least the minimum.
What I'm wondering is if there's an effective maximum limit for such vehicles?
And if so, what would be the governing factor(s)? I.e. would it make sense for them to have an effective maximum multiplier of their minimum spaces?
I'm new to vehicle creation and don't want to start creating some behemoths that just don't make sense. I realize there's some Referee fiat with building vehicles, but I'm not familiar enough with the Traveler verse canon to know of any mitigating factors.
[MgT2e Vehicle Handbook] Heavy Vehicle Max Spaces?
Re: [MgT2e Vehicle Handbook] Heavy Vehicle Max Spaces?
There are no maximums. In one of the add-on books for Deepnight Revelations there's a tracked city(or at least small town)-sized tracked vehicle. No stats for it, but I can think of no reason why you couldn't couldn't build a vehicle that size.

Thanks for the feedback Geir. I will proceed with there being no limits on the max spaces for heavies.

There's the Crawler Transporter that NASA uses: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crawler-transporter
And then there's the track vehicle city in the Mortal Engines.
