I would imagine they will be in one of the Aliens of Chartered Space books that are coming out before the end of the year.

Aliens of Charted Space Volume One, covering the Aslan, Vargr, Zhodani and K'kree in one handy book.

It's the first of them isn't it, along with Zhodani, Aslan, and....Vargr? I think.

Thanks for the note! I hadn't realized this was done. I see Jim Kundert is the author. Nice work, Jim!

That would be me, yes.
(not like it's a secret if you've looked at the T20 credits page or my old website)

Updating the most primitive placeheld sectors (Gur and X'kug) and getting a map into Kilong are the next steps. There was also a chunk of K'kree space that was done earlier using the standard planetary rules instead of the K'kree specific rules in their CT book, so those are also on the list for a look.

I've been chatting with you on the Discord server as well, so sorry for the cross-venue conversation. :)

I assume that you have you looked at Mike McKeown's Kaa G!'kul Sector, the crossroads of human, Hiver, and K'kree space. He has an interesting take on what that might look like.

K'kree preferences for world usage were established in CT but not put into practice much until many years later.

Kaa G!'kul has that massive Main anchored in K'kree space. I was looking at that a couple months ago since it reached into X'kug.

A lot of it was based on Leory's G work for HIWG. I tried to "clean up" his .SEC file.

I wasn't able to find contact info to ask him questions about the work and his site went down. I developed the Krotan (Leory just had that they were a minor race) a little.

I've been meaning to work on that again. It's been sitting on my back back burner for years.

Unfortunately, you aren't likely to get in touch with Leroy, possibly ever. Not that you'd want to if you found out what has become of him. He's in prison for doing something quite bad. It gets worse if you go down the web search rathole by Googling his name. And yes, the Traveller Leroy and the one in the Colorado State Prison system are one and the same.

Suffice it to say you won't need anyone's approval but travellermap's Joshua Bell if you want to work on some of those sectors.

While I didn't find his dotmap for Luretiir'girr until after I'd done my own, his subsector names for about half the sector do survive. Somewhat amusingly he had the same idea for stellar density that I did, though I didn't read his work in the region until much later. Couldn't stand the man in online encounters, so I avoided his HIWG work until taking over the bulk of K'kree development.

FWIW, X'kug is in error checking prior to Traveller Map presentation. Then on to Kilong. the last hole in the map.

I think I sent you the reworked .SEC files a number of years ago, for Kaa G!'kul.
