Surely it must mean Cr 2,200 per ton more then Normal

I've been browsing through my Drinax Books and in the bit on Patrons and Opportunities that covers Keaih it mentions that helping Takhweirl will net you A Contract to carry at least 1,000 tons per month between Keaih and Vorito for Cr 2,200 per ton. But doing that with any other Patron would net the transporters Cr 6,000 per ton so surely it must actually mean Cr 2,200 per ton more then Normal?. What do you think?
