Any miniatures or boardgames on the horizon?

The last kickstarter for boarding actions had me really excited. I'd love a miniature game or space combat game.

I liked the last kickstarter but it was full price (GW boxed game price) with lower quality miniatures, and the background would probably only appeal to Traveller fans.

I'm not a game designer and I don't know how to fix it.

I'd like to see a skirimsh scale game with tight rules and an emphasis on competitive play. So far Warmachine/Hordes seems to stand alone in this category.

I strongly suspect that making "Traveller Space Hulk" (Humans explore an abandoned ancient facility and run into its various technomagical defenses) would sell more boxes than grey marines vs silver marines shooting each other in white corridors, because the first (to non-Traveller players) is "tell me more" and the second is "yet another generic army game".
