Can I have suggestions for a 4 or 5 planet alliance involving 1 or 2 providing food, 1 providing soldiers,1 providing civilian workers and Tech-World where all planets benefit, what the planets should be, will likely join Drinax for added security, ideas for working it out that I could unofficially give to my new and fairly rookie group and any other suggestions and ideas you think are or will be of use?

Inurin provides food. Inurin is TL5 but food can be grown at any TL. A few robots could expand production.
Kids from Inurin could be entered into training academies and raise their tech level knowledge. This is a long term plan, but you have games that last 30 games in game, so it can work.

Falcon is TL 13, but has the disadvantage of the bacterial oddities of the population. The captive world of Sperle can also supply food and biochemicals of the world.
Falcon can provide TL 13 raw materials, these can be upgraded to TL 14 by Tech world and Drinax.

Argona is a mining colony and can supply all sorts of minerals.

All your needs can be met within Jump 4 of Tech World.
