I've bought a fair amount of stuff from DrivethruRPG, but never had a problem that required customer service. But today I had a question for them (to help me decide whether to do my current project to bulletin board quality or publishing quality), and the response was so fast I'm amazed. Sure, all customer service had to do was pass my question on to publisher relations and tell me that, but they did it incredibly promptly. *** That gives me good feelings about publishing through them.
*** At the point marked with the triple asterisk, my phone chimed with a notification that their publisher relations department replied. And it was a thorough reply, with a long paragraph specific to my question, plus a copy of the stuff I had already seen on their publisher relations page.
I am amazed.
