Something useful to add would be having another line where you could put in an amount of an additional down payment. While you could manually adjust the price to accommodate the amount, it would be easier to just input it directly.

Would you be able to add a feature for calculations on ships that have been paif off partially and remortgaged? As in the case of roling multiple mustering out benefits of a ship, but no ship shares? The rules allow for each additional mustering out result to either apply as a 25% reduction in years to pay or 25% reduction in mortgage sum.
