Gazelle Close Escort

Just about finished with this one, want to tweak a few things. Just wanted some feedback.

I really do not like the flat nose/bridge look. It looks like the Gazelle ran into a wall. Other than that, not a bad job. I would strongly suggest you go back and look at the artwork available over time and rethink the front/bridge section on this artwork.

Just my opinion of course.

Thanks.I think I am going to go with the last one. once I add add a few more details and decals :D

I usually run six or seven variations before I find one I like...if ya think I post a lot of pics..ya ought to see how many end up in the trash :D

I think they are working on those as we speak..errmmm type....although I have my own version loitering around on my hard drive.

The LE-13888 Dik-Dik, with gig. this one will be appearing in My table top game soon, might as well put it to use.

Currently assigned to Piracy Suppression, High Priority Escort duty Emerald Subsector.
Modified: Armed with triple High Yield Intense focus Pulse lasers, and twin Long Range Particle Barbettes.

I figured this one would definitely be in the next batch of shiny new ships. can't wait to try them out in a game.

Nice job. All the versions look fine to me. Though the blunt nosed version might have more pilot handling issues in atmosphere. It could easily be explained away as a variant, but you'd want to come up with a decent reason why. The blunt nosed version looks a little beefier up front, so just justify the reason, and viola!

Oh come on that was easy, give me a tough one... :D :P

I present the Rhino Fast Assault ship.
A modified Gazelle design intended for delivering assault marines directly to a ship or station. Slightly shorter range, heavier armor, and a breaching tube/laser drill mounted in the blunted nose behind armored hatches which swing out to expose the boarding rig...armored roll up blast screens protect the docking bridge during assault operations...

I was just taking a look at this when the PDF dropped and have now been looking at it there too. its' seemed to have taken a bit of a nerfing in places and boostingin others. My main issue is the armour hit. it's grone from an 8 to a 3. That is a major drop... There will be some negotiations with our referee tonight before the game starts I think. lol.

Based on the S9 Fighting Ships versions, not the previous Mongoose Traveller version.
