Good, lots of arguments that need a look at those rules to answer :)

I think I'll just take a little trip and do some exploring outside of Imperial space. No forwarding address.

Anyone with a hint as to where it's hiding or do I need to torture someone to get my hands on it :)

Same as the others, DriveThruRPG. Just need to download the files, including a High Guard zip file.

Are the HG Beta files still available?

I am 99% sure the answer is you were snoozing and lost the opportunity to get them. Of course the files would not help with the missing cost for HG 2008 p. 42 Reaction drives.
