Attn msprange: Bits and Mortar - Missing Items

I recently sorted through some purchases at my FLGS, and made Bits-and-Mortar requests for some of the PDFs for what I had thought were eligible products. I do know that the products exist in ebook form, but B&M seems not to have gotten them. Can this be rectified?
